The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is a smartphone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 system on chip. It is designed to provide a tablet experience while staying within the limits of what most users would call a smartphone. The Galaxy Mega 6.1 is thin enough to be held with one hand (at least with an M-size hand), but mostly requires two hand to use. It ships with Android 4.2.2 (the latest at launch time), 8GB of internal storage (+microSD slot), a 8 Megapixel back camera, a 1.9 Megapixel front camera and a 1280×720 (720p) display. The Mega 6.3 is large (6.59×3.46″) but thinner than the Note 2 with 0.31″ vs. 0.37″.
