INTERACT (CEO Nam-Hyeok Kwon) announced its participation in “COMEUP Stars 2024.”

COMEUP Stars 2024, the core event of the global startup festival COMEUP 2024, will feature competitive IR pitching sessions in “Startup Valley.” 50 teams, including 30 Rookie League companies, 10 Runners League companies, and 10 selected from the Rocket League through recommendations by the advisory committee, will compete. Finalists from 13 countries, including South Korea, the U.S., the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, India, and Türkiye, highlight the event’s global scale.

INTERACT develops and supplies an XR content creation engine, allowing anyone to create personalized 3D/XR content easily. Since its founding in 2019, the company has grown steadily, achieving KRW 1.9 billion in revenue and USD 600,000 in exports by 2023. In 2022, it established a branch in China, expanding its global presence.

The company has completed exports of its ETXR engine and related content to Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam, and China. In 2025, it plans to expand to Singapore and the UAE, establishing a joint venture with a local UAE company to accelerate its international reach. INTERACT is conducting a KRW 500 million Series A investment round to support this expansion.

The no-code 3D/XR engine ETXR, which INTERACT will present at COMEUP Stars 2024, allows non-IT professionals to create custom content. Users can build templates for objects, characters, and UI components and then arrange these templates into complete content—all without writing a single line of code.

INTERACT stated, “Our ETXR engine is ideal for creating specialized training content in fields such as firefighting, defense, and law enforcement, as well as for K-12 education, safety training, and job-related learning programs.”

COMEUP 2024 will occur on December 11–12 at Coex in Seoul, featuring innovative startups and investors from over 40 countries. This year’s theme, “Innovation Beyond Borders,” highlights startups’ roles in driving global innovation across boundaries of nations and technology. The event will feature conferences, pitching sessions, and exhibitions focusing on deep tech, inbound innovation, and SIS (Sustainable Innovation by Startup).
