- Open Snapchat on your smartphone or tablet
- Write down the person’s username on the search bar
- Click on his or her profile
- Click on the hamburger menu located in the top left-hand corner
- Tap on ‘Block’
- Tap on ‘Yes’
How to unblock a user on Snapchat
- Open the Snapchat app
- Tap on the profile icon located in the top left-hand corner
- Tap on the gear icon located in the top right-hand corner
- Tap on ‘Blocked’
- In case you have blocked multiple users, look for the one you wish to unblock
- Hit the ‘X’ icon located right next to the user’s username
- Tap on ‘Yes’
