Eli Health introduced the Hormometer at CES 2025, a groundbreaking, portable hormone analysis device that transforms any smartphone into a real-time hormone analyzer using saliva. A winner of the CES Best of Innovation award in Digital Health, the Hormometer offers immediate, lab-grade hormone insights, starting with cortisol and progesterone, allowing users to monitor and optimize their health conveniently.

The device combines microfluidics, bioassay technology, and AI-driven software to provide precise, actionable health data. Unlike traditional hormone testing, which is often costly and time-consuming, the Hormometer delivers results in minutes through a simple 60-second saliva collection. The system uses an advanced, ultra-sensitive bioassay with a proprietary cartridge that detects hormones, with a smartphone app analyzing the data through the phone’s camera to provide immediate results. This innovative method is up to 1,000,000 times more sensitive than most at-home tests.

The Hormometer begins with cortisol, the stress hormone, and progesterone, crucial for reproductive health. It delivers results with 97% accuracy for cortisol and 94% for progesterone, compared to FDA-approved lab tests.

The system also offers personalized health insights through the Eli Health app, which tracks hormone trends and provides recommendations for managing stress, sleep, fertility, and more. Eli Health aims to expand the platform to include other hormones like testosterone and estradiol.

Availability and Price

Launching in January 2025 in the USA and Canada, the Hormometer offers flexible subscription plans starting at $8 per test. It represents a major advancement in hormone health, making monitoring as simple and accessible as checking one’s heart rate. For more information, visit the Eli Health website or their CES booth.
