Infinix has unveiled the NOTE 40 Series Racing Edition, designed in collaboration with BMW Group Designworks. This special edition emphasizes speed and legend through its unique back cover, which features advanced UV transfer printing and premium composite materials.
The design includes sleek, streamlined lines and tricolor racing symbols, creating a dynamic and lightweight device. The phone’s exclusive wallpaper and UI are inspired by racetrack energy, incorporating dynamic lines and racing motifs.
Lake Hu, CMO at Infinix, emphasized the ongoing partnership with BMW Group Designworks, highlighting the blend of speed-inspired aesthetics and cutting-edge technology.

The NOTE 40 Series Racing Edition spans the entire NOTE 40 lineup, including the NOTE 40 Pro+ 5G, NOTE 40 Pro 5G, NOTE 40 Pro, NOTE 40 5G, and NOTE 40 models. On the SoC side, the NOTE40 comes with the MediaTek Helio 99 Ultimate, while the NOTE 40 Pro+ 5G is powered by the Dimensity 7020.
These phones are powered by the Cheetah X1 chip and feature All-Round FastCharge 2.0 technology, offering up to 100W Multi-Speed FastCharge and 20W Wireless MagCharge. The Infinix MagKit enhances the charging experience with its magnetic components.
Key features include a vibrant 3D curved 120Hz AMOLED display, a 108MP super-zoom camera system with OIS, Active Halo AI lighting, and JBL sound. The series runs on Infinix XOS 14 (based on Android 14) and will receive updates up to Android 16, along with three years of security patches.
The NOTE 40 Series Racing Edition will be available globally from June 6th, 2024, with pricing and availability varying by region. This launch represents a significant collaboration aimed at delivering high-octane performance and racing-inspired design to young tech enthusiasts worldwide.
