At MWC 2024, HONOR introduced the global version of the HONOR Pad 9, a mid-range tablet that was originally launched in China last year.

The tablet weighs 555g and measures 6.96mm in thickness, focusing on a lightweight design and, according to the brand,  suitable for both entertainment and productivity purposes. The device features a distinctive Deco design with a central back camera and a slim profile.

One of the key highlights of the HONOR Pad 9 is its 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display, offering a high screen-to-body ratio, refresh rate, and TÜV Rheinland certification for eye care to ensure a comfortable viewing experience. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, supported by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, promising smooth and efficient performance. Running on MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, the tablet provides enhanced privacy and security features.

In terms of battery life, the HONOR Pad 9 is equipped with an 8300mAh battery that supports 35W fast charging, aiming to deliver extended usage without the need for frequent recharging.
