LG Unveils 4K OLED Gaming Monitor With Dual-Hz Feature

LG Electronics is introducing its latest lineup of UltraGear OLED gaming monitors, including the highly anticipated 32-inch 4K gaming monitor (model 32GS95UE) with a 240Hz refresh rate, a 0.03ms Gray-to-Gray (GtG) response time, Dual-Hz feature, and Pixel Sound technology.

The Dual-Hz feature allows users to switch between 4K at 240Hz and Full-HD at 480Hz with one click, catering to different gaming genres. The 32GS95UE also features minimal screen bezels, an immersive soundscape with Pixel Sound technology, and an integrated front-facing sound system.

LG also introduced the 39- and 34-inch models with ultra-wide curved screens, namely the 39GS95QE and the award-winning 34GS95QE from CES 2024. U.S. pricing and availability details will be disclosed later. Notable updates include:

• First Dual-Hz UltraGear: The 32GS95UE marks the premiere of the Dual-Hz feature in the UltraGear lineup, enabling users to seamlessly switch between 4K (3,840 x 2,160) at 240Hz and Full-HD (1,920 x 1,080) at 480Hz with a single click.
• Display Dominance: Engineered for an unparalleled gaming experience, the 32GS95UE features an OLED display supporting a 240Hz refresh rate and an ultra-fast 0.03ms Gray-to-Gray (GtG) response time. Leveraging LG’s self-lit OLED technology, it delivers exceptional color and contrast, elevating the visual experience.
• Innovative Design for Elevated Gaming: The 34GS95QE, a CES 2024 Innovation Award recipient, and its larger counterpart, the 39GS95QE, enrich the gaming experience with their 800R-curved, 21:9 aspect ratio UltraWide Quad-HD (3,440 x 1,440) resolution OLED displays. Featuring an 800R curvature and cinematic 21:9 format, these monitors redefine gaming and content viewing.
• More Models for Enhanced Enjoyment: LG’s 2024 UltraGear OLED gaming monitor lineup includes two 45-inch monitors and a 27-inch monitor (models 45GS95QE, 45GS96QB, and 27GS95QE), upgraded versions of the highly acclaimed 45GR95QE and 27GR95QE. These monitors, equipped with high refresh rates, fast response times, and exceptional picture quality, cater to the evolving needs of gamers.

LG will showcase its latest gaming monitor innovations and technologies at CES 2024, running from January 9-12, at booth #15501 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
