Enteligent, a California-based company, has introduced the world’s first DC-to-DC solar-powered charger that has the potential to revolutionize EV charging systems. The charger can draw DC power directly from solar panels at home, work — or anywhere else they are installed — eliminating the need for an inefficient AC-to-DC conversion process that wastes energy and time.
The charger can deliver up to 25 kilowatts of power, making it three times faster than the fastest AC chargers on the market.
