This is because according to an official statement from Samsung, the company has warned that customers might have to wait a bit longer than usual to get their hands on the phone.
“We’re grateful for the excitement and response to our new Galaxy S22 series. Interest in Galaxy S22 series is at an all-time high with the pre-order volume exceeding our expectations. We’re committed to getting these devices to our customers as early as possible. However, some customers may experience delays depending on market, model and color. We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding.”
Like we said, this will vary from region to region, model to model, and carrier to carrier. The folks at PCMag put together a table showing the various dates that carriers in the US are expecting their phones, with T-Mobile estimating that the white 512GB Galaxy S22 Ultra model could be delayed until the 15th of May.
