It has been a few years since the speakers launched, but it appears that both companies decided it was time for an update, as spotted by Dutch website Tweakers. This has resulted in a new version of the Symfonisk speakers being launched where it now sports a slightly updated sign, but also comes with an upgraded processor under the hood, more memory, better power efficiency, and a longer power cable that will give users more flexibility in its placement.
It can also be paired with older Symfonisk speakers if you’re looking to create a stereo effect. Other than that, the rest of the speaker’s hardware will remain the same, meaning it will continue to use 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi for wireless connectivity and streaming, along with support for AirPlay 2 for Apple users.
Right now it appears to be only available in the Netherlands where it is priced at 100 euros each. There is no word on when it will launch in other markets, but seeing as the current models are available in various parts of the world, we don’t see why this would be any different.
