The OnePlus 10 will be the company’s flagship phone for 2022, but the question is when will the phone launch? According to information from @OnLeaks and shared with 91mobiles, it seems that the upcoming flagship phone is expected to arrive in April 2022, which is actually pretty soon as we are already nearing the end of 2021.
However, what’s interesting is that OnePlus seems to be taking a slightly different approach with the launch. The report claims that OnePlus will apparently be launching the phone in China first before it is made available to the rest of the world, so the upside is that we will probably get to see some early reviews ahead of its global launch.
According to the report, they’ve shared some specs of the upcoming phone. We’re talking about a 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz display, the use of the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset, 8-12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB of storage, an IP68 rating, a 48MP + 50MP + 8MP triple camera setup on the back, a 32MP camera on the front, and a 5,000mAh battery to top things off.
It sounds like a pretty powerful phone and is expected of a flagship of 2022. There’s no word on pricing yet, but as OnePlus has been steadily increasing its prices over the years, don’t expect this phone to come cheap.
