However, fast forward to today, a report from Gadgets and Wearables has revealed that it seems that Spotify has started rolling out the feature to users. The report suggests that the rollout is being done in phases so if you don’t see the feature available for you yet, don’t worry as it should eventually make its way onto your device.
You might also need to make sure that you have the latest version of Spotify installed, so head on over to the App Store to get your hands on the latest update. That being said, it should be noted that there are some caveats to offline playback and downloads. For starters, users can only download a maximum of 50 songs per playlist.
Users will also obviously need to be subscribed to Spotify Premium to access this feature, so if you aren’t subscribed, then you won’t be able to take advantage of this new feature.
