Now, given the size and shape of the AirTag, the Card accessory isn’t going to magically shrink it down. Instead, what it does is that it creates a holder for the AirTag to fit inside that is more uniform in shape. According to Nomad, “Card for AirTag has slightly smaller outside dimensions than a standard credit card. Even though the AirTag is thicker than a credit card, Card for AirTag should fit in most credit card slots without issue.”
It’s an interesting proposition for an accessory although how well it will fit remains to be seen since we haven’t tried it for ourselves, and since different people keep different things in their wallets, for some it might be too tight of a fit, but for others it might fit just fine, so it’s something you’ll need to take a chance on.
However, assuming you get it to fit, it could be a useful way of keeping track of your wallet or purse. Card for Nomad is priced at $20 and is currently available for pre-order and is expected to ship out this September.
