Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Could Actually Be Quite Affordable

If the rumors are to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to be launched in August. Now, the thing with foldable phones is that while they are exciting, they are also rather pricey simply because what you’re paying for is the tech behind the foldable display. If price has been what’s holding you back, you could be in luck.

This is because according to a tweet by FrontTron, it seems that the price for the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 3 could be priced between $999 to $1,099, with the maximum price said to be set at $1,199. While it still isn’t cheap, not by a long shot, it is a lot more affordable than the likes of the Galaxy Z Fold series which has been priced close to the $2,000 range.

In fact, Samsung’s foldables are actually cheaper in comparison to those sold by Huawei who priced theirs over the $2,000 mark. We imagine that over time with a higher degree of adoption, the price of the phones should eventually come down, but in the meantime, for those who are looking to be early adopters, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be your best bet in terms of affordability.

We can only hope that the rumors are true but until we get confirmation, don’t get your hopes up just yet.
