Not a fan of the Apple Watch but still want a smartwatch for health or general purposes? Then you might be interested to learn that Samsung could actually have two smartwatches that they plan on launching this year. This is rumored to come in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Watch 4 Active.
This is actually not the first time we have heard of Samsung’s smartwatch plans. In fact, back in December it was reported that one of the killer features of the Samsung Galaxy Watch is that it could come with a noninvasive method of measuring blood sugar levels. This is a feature that companies like Apple have reportedly been working on for years, but it has yet to debut.

Such a feature would come in handy for those who want a better grasp of their health, especially diabetics who might need to check their blood sugar levels throughout the day. Current methods of measurement involve drawing blood which isn’t very hygienic if you’re out and about, so a noninvasive method like a smartwatch would be immensely helpful.
According to the tweet, Samsung will most likely announce these smartwatches in the second quarter of the year, so we’ve got at least a month of waiting before we can find out more details about it.
