Leaked Photo Shows Alleged Smaller Notch For The iPhone 13

As we have heard in the rumors in the past, the notch on the iPhone 13 will continue to remain. However, one of the claims is that Apple could shrink the size of the notch, and now thanks to photos obtained by MacRumors from Greek technology repair company iRepair, there is evidence to suggest that it could be true.

The photo above show the front glass panels that will be used by the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, and the iPhone 13 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max (the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro are expected to feature the same display size). It is pretty obvious that even at a glance, the notch does appear to be smaller.

Despite the smaller size, it is still kind of prominent and very obvious, but if you didn’t like how wide the current notch is, then this could be good news for you if you plan to upgrade to the iPhone 13. We’re not sure when Apple will fully do away with the notch, but it seems that it will be here to stay for at least one more generation.

In the meantime, other rumors have suggested that the iPhone 13 could finally see the introduction of a 120Hz refresh rate for its display. It is also rumored that Samsung will be providing the OLED displays and that it will also be of the LTPO variety.
