That being said, it seems that Samsung could be looking to borrow that feature for its own audio products because according to a report from 9to5Google, they discovered within Samsung’s own app that there is a reference to spatial audio for its upcoming (and unannounced) Galaxy Buds Pro.
The discovery within the app also reveals other features that will be part of the earbuds apart from spatial audio. This includes features like voice detection, where it can detect when you’re speaking and will lower the audio accordingly. At the moment, it is largely expected that the Galaxy Buds Pro will most likely make its debut alongside the Galaxy S21 in January next year.
While there is no mention of pricing, the Galaxy Buds Live is Samsung’s most expensive earbuds at $169, so there is a good chance the Pro model could hover around that range.
