Logitech Launches HomeKit Exclusive Circle View Doorbell

If you’re looking to buy into Apple’s ecosystem for smart homes, you will need to seek out devices that are HomeKit compatible. If you are in the market for such a device, then you might be interested to learn that Logitech has announced its new Circle View Doorbell that has been created as an exclusive HomeKit smart doorbell system.

While there are many smart doorbell systems in the market today, the Circle View Doorbell is exclusive to HomeKit, so this is a good option if you’re looking for something that will play nice with Apple’s Home app or Siri. The Circle View Doorbell is pretty standard as such devices are concerned, where it comes with a built-in camera to let you know who’s at the door, record videos, send you notifications, and more.

However, it does come with additional features like facial recognition. This means that if you have people that you’ve tagged in your Photos library, the Circle View Doorbell will actually be able to recognize them. The Logitech Circle View Doorbell is priced at $200 if you don’t mind installing it yourself.

The company does note that they have also partnered with HelloTech, an on-demand installation provider where you can purchase the Circle View Doorbell and an installation service for $300.
