According to Jon Prosser, he claims that there will be at least two different models. There will be a regular “sport-like” model that will be priced at $350, which interestingly enough is priced the same as the Beats Studio headphones. He then notes that there could also be a luxury version of the AirPods Studio that might retail for a whopping $600.
We know that Apple accessories and products in general do not come cheap, but it’s interesting to see Apple potentially pricing the AirPods Studio at those prices. Apple is largely untested in terms of audio products, so it is rather bold of them to price these accessories that high. More importantly, we have to wonder what kind of features the AirPods Studio could come with to justify those prices.
2. As I mentioned a couple days ago — AirPods Studio mass production isn’t completed until 10/20 — which leaves them with a few options. (Screenshot below).
It has now been confirmed to me from 3 sources that AirPods Studio will NOT be in the event. pic.twitter.com/a324o1t9rs

That being said, it seems that we might not be able to expect the AirPods Studio at Apple’s upcoming iPhone 12 event. It appears that Apple isn’t quite ready to launch them yet as mass production is only expected to begin on the 20th of October. This means that Apple will launch them separately, possibly in the form of a press release instead of at an event.
