You need serious image processing horsepower to handle these high-resolution sensors, especially as they take multiple shots to handle HDR photography and low-light photography. Here are the camera specifications:
From a speed perspective, you should expect this platform to get about ~830 points in PCMark for Android, a score that is comparable to what the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 got.
The battery capacity of 5160 mAh is one of the other things that really excites potential customers. And not only the size is massive, but it does have 33W fast charging, which is more than some phones that cost 2X or 3X the price.
Now, this phone is not waterproof, but still gets an IP53 rating so it is fine with splashes and rain. Note that phones in this price range are usually not waterproof, nor have an IP rating.
Since the hardware platform is very decent with gaming, Xiaomi has included a larger cooling system with a heat pipe. And claim that this will keep the phones “up to 6 degrees (Celsius) cooler”. We are looking forward to evaluating the Camera HW (hardware) score of this handset and look at this very promising phone.
