As the name suggests, this is a soundbar which is ideal for those who don’t have space for larger speakers or who are looking to take their TV audio to the next level. Also, as the “Smart” in its name has indicated, it will come with smart features like built-in support for digital assistants like Amazon’s Alexa and Google Assistant along with Spotify Connect.
Bose has also include their Voice4Video technology, meaning that you can also use it to control your TV using your voice using Alexa. There will also be SimpleSync that lets users pair the Smart Soundbar 300 to other compatible Bose products, so if you wanted to continue to listen to what’s on your TV in another room, you can do so, which is great if you don’t want to miss out on the audio like the news or if you’re streaming music through your television.
The Bose Smart Soundbar 300 is priced at $400 and is currently available for pre-order via Bose’s website. The company expects that it should begin shipping out on the 15th of September.
