If you’re in the market for a new security camera for the outdoors, Arlo has you covered as the company has announced their latest offering, the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera.
While its functionality is pretty straightforward and obvious, one of the selling points of the camera is how it actually does not require any wires or wiring. This is because the camera comes with a built-in rechargeable battery meaning that you can pretty much place it wherever you want and not have to worry about dragging or pulling wires to connect it.
As the name suggests, this is a floodlight camera so there will be built-in LEDs on the camera’s front to illuminate the area. It supports the recording of 2K video with HDR which will let you capture footage in greater detail and dynamic range. There is also night vision, a 160-degree diagonal view, two-way audio, and a built-in smart siren.
The Arl Pro 3 Floodlight Camera will be priced at $249.99 and will also come with a free three-month trial to Arlo Smart, which offers customizable alerts and also 30-days of video recordings in the cloud. The service would be priced normally at $2.99 a month.
