According to the rumors, Apple is set to launch what they will be calling the AirPods Pro at the end of the month. Now according to a report from the Economic Daily News, it has been revealed that the new AirPods could actually be launched in a multitude of color options for customers to choose from.
According to the report, it claims that the new AirPods Pro could come in as many as eight different color options. That is actually quite a lot, but given that Apple has started to embrace more color options in recent years, and with its Beats series of headphones being offered in a wide variety of colors, we suppose this makes sense.
However, it would be a first for the AirPods, which at the moment is currently only offered in white. Some of the new color options are also said to match the new iPhones, meaning that we could be looking at colors such as white, black, and a new Midnight Green finish. Take it with a grain of salt, but we are approaching the end of October so they should be announced soon.
In addition to the new colors, we have heard that the new AirPods will also come with active noise-cancelling and it could also be priced higher at $260.
