Update Brings Note 10 Features To The Samsung Galaxy S10

If you think that the only difference between the Samsung Galaxy S10 and the Note 10 would be the S Pen, think again. There are some minor hardware differences, but there are also some differences in the software that help to set them apart from each other. Naturally, this means that there will be some features that some Galaxy S10 users will be missing, and vice versa.

However, in a bid to help bridge the gap and disparity, Samsung has since announced a new software update for the Galaxy S10 in which it will be bringing some of the Note 10’s features to the device. According to Samsung, some of the changes to the Galaxy S10 includes an upgraded camera, where it will expand on the Night Mode feature to offer front-facing camera support as well.

There will also be the introduction of the Super Steady video stabilization to help stabilize your video footage, along with new features like AR Doodle and Live focus video recording. For those who like the idea of connecting their phones to their computers, there will also be support for Samsung DeX.

There have been rumors suggesting that Samsung could be exploring merging the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series in 2020, so we have to wonder if this could be a sign of things to come. Either way, it’s still good news for Galaxy S10 owners, so do keep an eye out for the update if you haven’t updated your device already.
