Lenovo’s Q24i, Q27q Monitors Are Designed To Reduce Eye Strain

These days a lot of jobs rely on us to use computers. This unfortunately also means that we need to stare at screens for extended periods of time, which can cause eye strain. However, if you’re trying to avoid eye strain, then you might want to check out Lenovo’s new Q24i and Q27q monitors.

This is because Lenovo has built features into these monitors that have been designed to reduce eye strain, making them the perfect companion for extended usage. This is thanks to the use of anti on-screen flicker technology, which has also earned the monitors TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification.

Anti-eye strain features aside, the Lenovo Q24i is a 23.8-inch Full HD display with an IPS panel. It comes with a 75Hz refresh rate and also supports AMD’s FreeSync technology (which is AMD’s equivalent to NVIDIA’s G-Sync). There are two built-in speakers inside of the monitor itself, and will also come with a HDMI 1.4 port, a VGA port, and an audio out port.

As for the Lenovo Q27q, as its name implies, this will be a slightly larger model with a 27-inch display. It also has its resolution bumped up to 2560×1440. The 75Hz refresh rate and FreeSync support from the Q24i are also present, along with 99% SRGB for color accuracy. There are also a pair of speakers built into it with a HDMI 1.4 port, a DisplayPort, and an audio out port.

In terms of pricing and availability, the Lenovo Q24i is priced at $190 and will be released in October. The larger Q27q will be priced slightly more expensive at $300 and will be released later this month.
