Thatgamecompany is a developer studio that many might be familiar with. The company is largely known for their unique indie games, although they are probably most known for their PS4 exclusive, Journey, which has since spawned countless lookalikes that have never quite achieved the same results.
If you have been anticipating the company’s next release, you’ll be pleased to learn that the studio’s next title, Sky: Children of the Light, has been set for a release on the 11th of July. For those who are unfamiliar, Sky was unveiled quite a while back where the beta has actually been around for a while.

Unfortunately, just like Journey, Sky will be a platform exclusive to Apple’s iOS and Apple TV devices, so don’t expect it to find its way to non-Apple products anytime soon.
The game is similar to Journey in the sense that it is an exploration-based game, where you fly around different zones while trying to solve a mystery. You’ll also be able to fly with other players, take on challenges, and so on. It looks like quite a relaxing game with another killer soundtrack.
