Samsung Pulls Latest Galaxy S10 Update Following Crashing Reports

Updates are usually viewed in a positive light where they typically come with fixes for bugs, security flaws, and sometimes even come with new features. However, it seems that a recent update for the Samsung Galaxy S10 has caused more problems than it has fixed, leading to Samsung pulling the update.

According to the reports, it seems that several users had complained about how the update resulted in their phones crashing, where apps would freeze for no reason and the phone had to be rebooted. It was also reported that some users encountered some issues with the fingerprint sensor where it was slow to respond.

It is unclear how widespread the problem is, but it seems to have been severe enough where Samsung has decided that the best thing to do for now is pull the update. There is also no solution to fix the problems at the moment, where apparently doing a factory reset doesn’t seem to do anything.

Some users are claiming that their phones are fine, but we suppose it’s better to be safe than sorry. The company is working on a fix but it is unclear as to when the update will be ready, so if you haven’t updated your phone yet, you’ll have to wait for the fix to be released.
