Many of you might have used a Microsoft IntelliMouse at some point as they were quite popular back in the day. If you’ve been meaning to use one again while hoping that it would be able to keep up with a modern gaming mouse, fret no more, as Microsoft’s Pro IntelliMouse is finally available in the United States.
Microsoft had actually released this mouse in China several months ago and it’s finally bringing it to customers in its home country. Meant for gamers, the Pro IntelliMouse has a powerful 16,000DPI sensor and a refresh rate of 12,000FPS. This would obviously allow for more precise aiming compared to its predecessor which boasted only 3,200DPI.
The mouse has a total of five buttons out of which three are customizable. Obviously, it’s not as feature-packed as you’d expect an esports-ready mouse to be, but it will be more than enough for the most ardent of home gamers.
There’s less in the way of cosmetic changes with only a braided cable and a textured finish standing out. There’s also a new multi-colored light on the back which can be changed to match the gaming setup. Customers who are interested in picking one up can now do so from Microsoft’s online store for $60.
