Starting with its hardware, as expected of a flagship, the handset will be packing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There will also be a 6.4-inch display that does not feature a notch. For those who are wondering where the front-facing camera is, it seems that ASUS has opted to use a rotating camera design, similar-ish to what Samsung did with the Galaxy A80.
However, unlike other flagship phones, it seems that ASUS has decided to equip the handset with a dual camera design instead of a triple camera. The main camera will feature a 48MP sensor, while the secondary camera will sport a 13MP sensor. It will also be capable of recording 4K video at 60fps.
In terms of pricing and availability, the ASUS Zenfone 6 will be launched in Europe first where it will be priced at €500 before finding its way to other parts of the world.
