This is according to a sighting on Geekbench (via PhoneArena) in which a phone dubbed the Moto P40 was sighted powered by the Exynos 9610. If the branding sounds familiar, it is because the P40 is largely expected to be the sequel to the P30 launched in China last year. We had also previously spotted renders of the phone back in 2018.
The rumors are also claiming that the phone could find its way to the US where it might actually be rebranded as the Motorola One Vision. The benchmarks have also “confirmed” that the phone might come with 6GB of RAM, and based on leaked renders, it will also be packing a dual camera on the back and will utilize the hole-punch design.
It’s quite rare to see non-Samsung phones using an Exynos processor so it’s probably best to take these benchmarks with a grain of salt for now until we can get some kind of official confirmation.
