These headphones will use the same branding as their laptops and tablets, which means that there will be the ThinkPad X1 headphones and the Yoga headphone. Both headphones will come with active noise-cancelling features, and for the most part will also share a similar design save for the color scheme, where the X1 will sport a dark finish while the Yoga will feature a lighter finish.
They will play nicely with pretty much all devices as they use Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, so using them with your PC, laptop, or mobile device should not be an issue. They are rechargeable via USB-C and according to Lenovo, have been designed primarily for conference calls and optimized for use with Skype. While we imagine that you should have no issues using them for entertainment purposes, note that that’s not what they were necessarily designed for.
Lenovo might not be a brand that comes to mind when it comes to headphones, but perhaps these could be worth checking out if you do participate a lot in conference calls. The Yoga will be priced at $170 and will be available this July, while the X1 will be priced at $150.
