This is based on a report from Korean publication The Investor in which they have been tipped that mass production of Samsung’s flagship phone has already begun. Their source also confirmed that the phones being manufactured at the moment are of the 4G variety and not 5G. However their source states that the 5G variant is expected to begin manufacturing at a later date, but still within the first half of the year.
Also the fact that mass production has begun also has us wondering about the rumors of a 1TB Galaxy S10 model. Samsung recently confirmed that they have developed a 1TB flash storage for smartphones which has led to speculation that there could be a 1TB Galaxy S10 model. However if production has begun, it is unclear if there is enough time for the component to be made for the handset as well.
We had previously speculated that this could mean that the 1TB model could be limited to a particular variant, like the Galaxy S10+, but that remains to be seen.
