Fancy attending a concert of the EDM artist and producer Marshmello? You don’t have to shell out a couple of hundred bucks for a ticket, just head over to the football field in Pleasant Park. If that makes no sense, you need to play Fortnite.
According to reports, Epic Games has booked Marshmello to perform an in-game concert which will be hosted on the football field in Pleasant Park. Epic Games is yet to confirm this officially but it’s not really required as the artist has himself added Pleasant Park as an upcoming tour date on his official website.
Just head over to the football field in the game if you require further confirmation as you’ll see that preparation work for a music event is well and truly underway. Additional leaks from Fortnite data miners show that this new Limited Time Mode will be called Party at Pleasant Park and it will begin at 2pm ET on February 2nd, 2019.
Some Marshmellow-related items will be available in the game as well. This includes a custom skin, pickaxe, and several dance emotes. The EDM artist is a good pick as he’s a fan of the game himself and is actually very good at Fortnite. He teamed up with Fortnite megastar Ninja to win the Fortnite Pro-Am at E3 last year, winning the $1 million prize money.
