However the good news is that if you’re too busy to go to a store, make a call, or want to avoid using social media, Sprint is offering its customers another way and that is through iMessage. The carrier has announced that Apple Business Chat is now available to Sprint customers which basically means that owners of an iPhone or iPad will be able to reach Sprint reps through the Messages app.
According to Sprint who touts the convenience of Apple Business Chat, “Sprint customers can use Apple Business Chat to message an agent, learn about Sprint plans and more, any time of the day. For added convenience they can chat with Sprint while looking up store information in Maps, Safari and with Siri. Customers can even start and stop a message any time and pick up right where they left off.”
For Sprint customers looking to use this feature, all they have to do is go to Sprint’s website and start a conversation via the “Contact Us” page using the Safari browser on their phones.
