For Office users on macOS Mojave who have been looking forward to the feature, you’ll be pleased to learn that in the latest update to Office for macOS, Microsoft has finally added dark mode support. Of course this will require that users have macOS Mojave installed on their Macs, and given that the update is a free update, there’s really no reason not to upgrade unless your Mac can’t support it.
In addition to support for dark mode, the update to Office for Mac also introduces proofreading tools, support for iOS Continuity where you can take a photo from your iPhone’s camera and insert it into PowerPoint on your Mac, and more. Users who use Outlook to schedule team meetings can also look forward to new features and improvements.
This update will bump your version of Office up to Version 16.20.18120801. If you are already running that version then these are the new features that you can expect. Note that this is only for Office 365 which will require a paid subscription.
