The company has announced two new modes: the LG Gram 17 which is the bigger of the two, and the LG Gram 2-in-1, which as the name implies is a laptop that can also double up as a tablet for users who love the flexibility and want it to come in a portable and more manageable size.
Both laptops share similar hardware specs where users can configure them using Intel’s 8th-gen Core processors. Both will also rely on Intel’s UHD graphics, and will support 8GB or 16GB of RAM, depending on your preference. They will also come with 256GB or 512GB of storage, and will come with features such as a fingerprint reader, and MIL-STD-810g certification for protection.
The main differences would be their size, where the Gram 17 will feature a 17-inch 2560 x 1600 display, while the Gram 2-in-1 will feature a 14-inch 1920 x 1080 display. Their battery life is also different where the Gram 17 will last about 19.5 hours versus the Gram 2-in-1 which will be able to run for 21 hours, although your mileage may vary depending on how you use it.
