According to the rumors, Samsung might be looking to set itself apart from the competition with its Galaxy S10 in terms of its design, where instead of using a notch like everyone seems to be adopting, they are trying to find a way around it. There have been rumors and patents that reveal potential designs.

Now thanks to a photo shared by NTKLEAK on Slashleaks originally posted by Đỗ Văn Hải on Facebook, it shows a Galaxy S10 prototype that features two front-facing cameras on the right side of the phone’s screen. Typically front-facing cameras are placed in the middle, but in this case Samsung has opted to place it on the side.

Now if you were to look very carefully, you’ll note that there is a notch where the cameras are placed. This seems to go against the rumors that we’ve heard, but then again this is said to be a prototype which means that there is a chance that Samsung has other designs that they have also prototyped and are in the process of deciding and finalizing the design.

The bezels on the phone also appeared to be rather thick, but like we said, this is a prototype so maybe it is housed in a special case that won’t give its design away. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but with Samsung rumored to announce the phone in the early part of 2019, we won’t have to wait much longer for the details.
