Unfortunately that won’t be changing come 2019 with the Galaxy S10 because according to a report from Gizmodo UK, they have heard from their sources that the 1TB Galaxy S10+ could be priced at a whopping £1,399, which after conversion is roughly $1,700. Of course whether or not those will be the actual prices in the US is unclear, but suffice to say it won’t come cheap.
To give it some context, the 6.5-inch iPhone XS Max with 512GB of storage is priced at $1,449, so it wouldn’t be out of the question to think that a 1TB model might cost more. However this is assuming you get the 1TB model, but according to the report, the other models are relatively more affordable.
The 128GB Galaxy S10+ will be priced at £899, while the 512GB model will cost £1,099. There will be the smaller Galaxy S10 with a 6.1-inch display that will go for £799 and £999 for the 128GB and 512GB models respectively, and as you might have heard, there are rumors that there could be a flat screen version of the Galaxy S10, which apparently will retail for £669 for the 128GB model. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but honestly in this day and age, those prices don’t really come as a surprise.
