Possible Specs Of Cheaper Galaxy S10 Model Revealed

Samsung’s Galaxy S lineup is usually the company’s flagship lineup which means that they are typically priced as such. However we have heard rumors that 2019’s Galaxy S10 could actually be launched in three different models, with one of the models allegedly being of a “cheaper” or “budget” option.

Now according to a tweet by Ben Geskin, some of the alleged specs of that particular model might have been revealed. According to Geskin’s tweet, the phone in question will not have curved edges and will instead feature a flat “infinity-O” display. It might also not be powered by the latest Qualcomm chipset and could instead use 2018’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.

Note that this isn’t necessarily a bad thing as the Snapdragon 845 is a very capable chipset, but we suppose in terms of perspective, we’re sure that many would much prefer if it used the latest chipset. However Geskin’s tweet does mention that it could potentially use the Snapdragon 8150, so it’s not necessarily set in stone just yet.

Other alleged specs include 4/6GB RAM configuration options, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and also a dual camera setup on the back. It has also been rumored to cost $650-$750. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully we’ll have more details soon.
