The company has recently announced its latest Nokia-branded smartphone in the form of the Nokia 3.1 Plus. As its naming scheme might suggest, this isn’t the highest-end Nokia phone you might be able to expect, but given its specs and price, it seems like a potential value for money purchase.
The phone will feature a 6-inch HD+ display, an increase from the 5.2-inches from its predecessor that was launched earlier this summer. Under the hood, we’re also looking at the use of a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, and there will be two RAM + storage configurations that users can choose from: 2GB/16GB or 3GB/32GB, but regardless either model will support microSD memory expansion.
The phone will also be packing a 3,500mAh battery that apparently is good for about 2 days of usage, along with a dual camera setup on the back featuring a 13MP + 5MP combo. There will also be a fingerprint sensor, an 8MP front-facing camera, and will come with Android One as its platform of choice. As for pricing, the Nokia 3.1 Plus will be priced at $185 and $210 for the 2GB and 3GB RAM variants respectively.
