It is no secret that Apple has always tried to position the Apple Watch as a luxury piece of tech, releasing metal and leather bands that aim to try and bring a touch of class to the device. They have also teamed up with various fashion houses, such as Hermes, who have created even more luxurious straps.
However if Hermes isn’t your cup of tea, a report from Haute Ecriture has revealed that there are a bunch of brand new Coach bands designed for the Apple Watch. There are five new designs to choose from, with each band priced starting at $150, while the more intricate designs are priced at $195.
These aren’t exactly cheap but they are a nice and classy touch if you’re worried about your Apple Watch looking too geeky. Some of the bands will only fit the 38mm models, while the other bands will fit 42mm models. As Haute Ecriture has pointed out, these bands are limited and there will be about 100 units per design, so you might want to move fast if you are thinking about getting your hands on any of them.
In the meantime there are plenty of third-party bands out there that you can also check out in case the idea of spending $150 on a watch strap is a little too expensive for your tastes.
