ASUS TUF Gaming FX505, FX705 Laptops Announced

It’s hard to deny that gaming on the desktop in the comfort of your own home is a much better experience, but yet there are some of us who have to travel a lot but don’t want to sacrifice their gaming, which is where gaming laptops come in. Now the good news for those shopping for new gaming laptops is that ASUS has announced two new models that you can choose from.

This comes in the form of the ASUS TUF Gaming FX505 and FX705 laptops, and as their name suggests, not only are these laptops designed for gaming, but they have also been designed to be rugged which means that taking it with you on the road should not be a problem as it will be able to withstand slight bumps and knocks along the way thanks to its MIL-STD-810 construction.

For the most part both laptops are the same, with the main difference being in their displays where the FX505 will feature a 15.6-inch Full HD display, while the FX705 will sport a larger 17.3-inch Full HD display. Apart from that, both laptops will support up to 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8750H CPUs, up to 16GB of RAM, configurable with GPU options up to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, and both laptops will also come with a 48Wh battery.
