You Can Watch Apple’s 2018 iPhone Event Live On Twitter

Apple normally streams its annual September event on its own website and it’s going to do that this year as well but with a twist. This is the first time that the company will be streaming the event live on Twitter as well. You will be able to stream the 2018 iPhone event on Twitter tomorrow.

The live stream on Twitter will enable a lot more people to watch the company unveil its new iPhones. The event was previously accessible only through Safari and Apple TV in addition to Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 devices.

TechCrunch has confirmed that the September event will be streamed live on Twitter for the first time. It follows the promoted tweet from Apple which suggested that there would indeed be a live stream of the event on Twitter.

The tweet in question isn’t available on Apple’s official Twitter account. It’s worth mentioning here that Twitter does allow businesses to show a tweet to users through a targeted ad campaign that’s not posted to their account.

Twitter users who heart Apple’s tweet will then receive an update when the event goes live tomorrow. Apple’s 2018 iPhone event starts at 10 AM PT. The company is expected to announce up to three new iPhones tomorrow.
