Honor, Huawei’s sub-brand, today announced the launch of the Honor Band 4. The company today confirmed the specifications and price of the fitness tracker. It comes with a 0.95 inch AMOLED color touchscreen display and features continuous heart rate tracking. It’s also water resistant up to 50 meters and has the capability to recognize swim strokes.

The wearable device is also capable of monitoring complete sleep structure including deep sleep with Huawei TruSleep 2.0. It can analyze the data and provide personalized sleep recommendations. With Huawei TruSeen 2.0 heart rate technology, continuous 24 hour heart rate monitoring is offered.

In addition to this wearable device, the company also announced the Honor Band 4 Running Edition today. As the name suggests its aimed at those who take their runs very seriously. It has a POLED black and white display and ditches the heart rate sensor. It does have a 6 axis sensor that can provide improved running detection as it measures step length, cadence, ground contact time, foot strike pattern, landing impact, eversion excursion, and swing angle.

The Huawei Band 4 is priced at approximately $29 and will be available in Black, Blue and Pink colors. The Band 4 Running Edition will be available in Black, Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, and Pink colors for $14.5. The wearable devices will be available for purchase in China starting September 20th.
