When Diablo 3 for the Nintendo Switch was officially announced, Blizzard did not mention when the game would be released, only that it would be released later this year. For those who are looking forward to its release, you’ll be pleased to learn that you won’t have to wait much longer because the game has been set for a release on the 2nd of November.
For those who are learning about this for the first time, Diablo 3 for the Switch was announced back in August. Dubbed “Diablo 3 Eternal Collection”, this version of the game will feature the core Diablo 3 game, the Reaper of Souls expansion, and also the Rise of the Necromancer DLC which introduces the Necromancer class to the game.
It will also come with exclusive armor transmogs for the Switch that will let players turn into Ganondorf from the Zelda series. Diablo 3 was released back in 2012 which means that the game is now 6 years old. It is a rather old title but given the RNG nature of the game, it does make it very replayable.
The Switch version of the game will also feature local co-op, meaning that in addition to playing online, players will also be able to gather their friends together and play locally as well on the same console.
