If the Battle for Azeroth expansion for World of Warcraft is something that you’ve been looking forward to, you will be pleased to learn that the expansion is now live. This will be the latest expansion for World of Warcraft and it also marks the seventh expansion in the game since the game was released back in 2004.
Battle for Azeroth will increase the level cap from 110 introduced in Legion to 120. It will also introduce new gameplay, new items, new instances and raids, as well as new locations for players to explore which includes Kul Tiras which is where the Alliance players will be primarily based in, and Zandalar which will be the primary location for Horde players.
There is also the introduction of new Allied Races which are basically sub-races of existing races that have been added to the game. These Allied Races are unlockable once you’ve grinded enough reputation, and players will be able to roll new characters with these new races if they wish.
The expansion is available for purchase via Blizzard’s website where it will be priced at $50 for the standard edition, or $70 for the digital deluxe edition that will come with additional in-game items. Gamers will be required to have an active subscription in order to play, but this subscription will also include access to all previously released expansions so players won’t need to buy all of it.
