Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Limited Edition Bundle Announced

Given the popularity of the Super Smash Bros. franchise over the years, it’s safe to say that Nintendo will most likely have another hit on their hands when Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is released later this year. The good news is that if you’re a hardcore fan, Nintendo has a bundle for you.

The company has recently announced during its Direct conference that they will also be launching a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Limited Edition bundle. This bundle will contain a copy of the game (obviously), a GameCube Controller Super Smash Bros. Edition, and a GameCube Controller adapter which will let you attach the GameCube’s controller to the Nintendo Switch.

For those unfamiliar as to why GameCube controllers are being included, it is because there are many gamers out there who believe that the GameCube controllers are perfect for playing Super Smash Bros. on (Nintendo recognizes that). Granted Nintendo will only include one controller with this bundle, but not to worry because there are other third-party companies who are also making GameCube controllers for the console as well.

No word on pricing of this bundle yet, but we should find out more in the coming months. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be released on the 7th of December and this bundle will be made available on the same day as well.
