As you can see in the image above, these monitors have been designed to be ultra wide and curved monitors. The idea behind curved displays is that they offer up a more immersive experience, and the ultra wide design will help make the gamer feel that they are enveloped inside the game.
The top of the line UltraGear will feature Nano IPS display technology with a 98% DCI-P3 color space. There is also NVIDIA G-Sync support which means that the monitor’s refresh rate will sync with that of the game, meaning that gamers shouldn’t experience problems such as screen tearing or ghosting, and there will also be a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The UltraGear will also be packing a 34-inch display with an UltraWide QHD (3440×1440 resolution. There is also lighting on the back that when placed against a wall, it should reflect and create some ambient lighting effects that gamers can customize according to their liking. Pricing and availability has yet to be determined but we expect the company should have more details at IFA 2018.
