For example Apple introduced a similar feature to iOS 12, and a couple of months ago you might have heard that Instagram was testing out a similar feature as well. If you thought that this might be a good feature to have, then you’ll be pleased to learn that the feature is now rolling out to users.
According to Instagram, “Today, you’ll start noticing a ‘You’re All Caught Up’ message when you’ve seen every post from the last two days. We’ve heard that it can be difficult to keep track of your seen posts. With this message, you’ll have a better understanding of your Feed and know you haven’t missed recent photos or videos.”
As Instagram states, this applies to posts dating back to 2 days. Of course users are more than welcome to keep browsing if they have nothing else to do, but this message will basically let users know that there might not be anything new. Instagram isn’t alone in this as we had previously heard that Facebook could be looking to introduce a similar feature to its own platform as well.
