Alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Renders Leaked

Apart from the Google Pixel 3 and the 2018 iPhones, one of the more highly-anticipated smartphones that we are expecting to see this year is the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. There have been rumors about the handset that have found their way online, but now it looks like renders of the handset have leaked as well.

This is thanks to the folks at 91mobiles who collaborated with leakster @OnLeaks who cooked up the renders of the upcoming phone. It is unclear as to how accurate these renders are, but @OnLeaks has had a pretty decent track record so far, so it is possible that they could be somewhat accurate.

Now assuming these renders are accurate, on the surface it appears that there is no dramatic design overhaul made to the handset as it still looks very much like its predecessor. We can see the slot at the bottom in which the S Pen will go, and thankfully it looks like Samsung will continue to keep the headphone jack on the phone.

The back of the phone also reveals a dual camera setup, a fingerprint scanner, while the front of the phone will continue to be edge-to-edge. Other than that it’s a bit hard to tell how big the phone actually is, although the rumors are saying it will maintain its 6.3-inch display. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but we have heard that the Note 9 could be announced earlier than expected on the 9th of August, so check back with us then for the details.
